Terms & Conditions of Party Hire.

Thank you for choosing Krazy Play Days to hold your party! We are delighted to confirm
the booking and would like to draw your attention to the terms and conditions below.

Health & Safety
• By signing these terms and conditions you confirm you have read our rules of play
and agree to them
• We limit the numbers of parents in the party rooms to 6 per party
• The main structure within Krazy Play days is aimed primarily at children aged 11 and
under, parties are suitable for children of 2 years old and over
• All children on the premises are the responsibility of the parent or carer, the ratio
is 1 adult to 5 children over 5 and 1 adult to every 3 children under 5.
• For the children in your care it is your responsibility to ensure that:
- You know where the children are at all times
- You supervise and are responsible for the children in your care
- Ensure adults and children do not bully, swear or act inappropriately to any other
child or adult whilst in the play centre
- No food or drink is taken into the play structure
- Children do not climb the slides
- Children over the age of 5 years old do not enter the toddler areas, or use the
bouncy castle
- Children do not wear shoes inside the play structure
- Children wear socks whilst playing

Payment & Final Numbers
• Your £45 non refundable deposit secures the booking for your party and the balance
is due one week prior to your event with the final numbers
• We are only able to increase the party numbers on the day by two, this is due to
party room allocation
• You are able to reduce the numbers attending the party up to 24 hours before and
we will arrange for a refund, if the numbers reduce on the day unfortunately we
will be unable to offer a refund

Decorations & Food
• Feel free to bring any decorations, balloons or banners and we will happily arrange
them for you
• If you would like to bring table cloths and/or plates etc please let us know in
advance and we can dress the room for you
• We do not allow pinatas, party poppers or confetti in the rooms or in the play centre
• Other than the birthday cake no food or drink to be brought into the Krazy Play
